Scrapbooking CRAZY!!!

I decided to do some scrapbooking on Saturday after Spencer went to bed while Ben worked on his new 3D Model Ship. Apparently I woke up a hibernating addiction because I have been scrapbooking during every naptime and bedtime since! I'm up to 30 pages in 5 days. :-) now I'm not going to upload everything (can we say FOREVER) but I'll upload a few :-)

I love this face! He just shoved a handful of grapes into his mouth. So funny!

So Fun

After Spencer went to bed last night Ben went to Denver to pick up his mom from the airport. I was all alone for 4+ hours...so I did some scrapbooking :-) This is what I came up with before I zonked out and fell asleep hehe

All My Latest Creations

This is what I spent General Conference Weekend doing :-) Such fun! The first one was created using my mom's kit Promise. It was super fun and came out super pretty. Pictures of Spencer playing behind the couch :-)

The second one I made as part of a scrapping challenge on Crafty Scrap's Forum. I don't remember the name of the kit but I think it was called Paws? Or something like that. It was fun though. Spencer sure loves puppies :-)

Another One!

Now I have to admit, this one is one of my favorite layouts. I must be getting good at this lol this one is SOO pretty! Used a collab kit by Tiffany and Jen called Natural Spring.

Mother Layouts!

My mom needed help with a CT kit. This kit was particularly girlie so I didn't quite know what to do...I have a boy :-) but then I noticed all the wording and I couldn't resist making a mommy layout. I think it turned out nice! Super sweet. :-) This kit is called All About Me by Jaya.

Some Current Layouts

This first layout was made by me for my mom. She is a CT (which means people who own scrapbooking stores and make kits all the time use her services and talents to show off their kits) and she needed some help with one of her projects so I helped :-) This is using the kit Watch Me Grow, made by ProjectB. I had fun with it. These other two kits were both made by my super talented mommy. The green one uses her kit Spring and the orange one uses her kit My Special Day. I originally likes scrapbooking in 8x10 size but my mom uses 12x12 for her CT stuff so as I helped her more and more I have gotten to like the 12x12 size so from now on I'll probably post that size. But with the Spring kit's LO I still used 8x10. Scrapbooking is fun to do!

Past Layouts

I'll hopefully get around to posting some of the layouts I've created this past year sometime soon but since I didn't create the kits I used, I only threw in some Spencer pics and made them cute, I don't feel like I can post them for all the world to see without posting credit for the makers of the kits. I'll have to look that up (and maybe ask my mom, the scrapbooking genius, for some assistance) On my family blog it was okay cause it was sporadic and not the whole point of the blog but here I should post credits. So....no past layouts until I figure out who made what :-)

Someplace to show off my Layouts

So I love digital scrapbooking and I'm always trying to squish my creations onto my family blog without taking to space I like to use for blogging and just regular Spencer pictures. When my blog went private I considered making my publicly hesses blog the spot to show off my scrapbooking but then I thought that would make it really cluttered and people would look at it and forget to skip on over to the private family blog. So my solution was to create a blog just for my scrapbooking. I'll leave it public for all the world to enjoy; I'll not be posting anything really other than my pages here so I'm not worried about it. It'll be random and sparatic because I honestly don't have TONS of time for scrapping but I do love to do it and hopefully as the years go by I'll find more and more time and get more and more skills. Yay scrapping!
